At One Arena we offer Large group training (12/14 – 1), and Small group training (4 to 1). Contact us to find the right membership for you.

What are your operating hours?

Our operating hours for both of our clubs is Monday-Thursday : 6AM – 8PM

Saturday : 9AM – 1PM , Sunday : Closed.

Do you offer personal training sessions?

We can offer 1-1 personal training, get in contact with us if this is something you would like to learn more about! Contact us to find the right membership for you.

Do you have locker rooms and showers available for use?

Yes, we offer these amenities at both our club locations.

Is there parking available for gym members?

Yes, free parking is available on-site at both of our club locations.

Can I freeze my membership if I’m unable to use the gym for an extended period?

Yes, we can freeze a membership for two weeks per calendar year. If you need a further extension, contact us, and we will help meet your needs.
