PERSONAL coaching 8 : 1
Discover the ideal blend of individualised coaching and the motivation of training in a group with our Small Group Personal Training sessions. This focused format delivers the benefits of one-to-one personal training in a supportive, energising group environment—helping you stay accountable, motivated, and on track.
With a maximum of eight clients per coach, our expert trainers can personalise each workout to suit your goals, fitness level, and abilities. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build strength, boost endurance, or simply feel better in your body, you’ll receive the guidance and attention you need to succeed.
Sessions run throughout the week at convenient times, making it easy to stay consistent and make fitness part of your lifestyle. Train with purpose, progress with support—right here in Passage West.


6 week foundation program
Kickstart your fitness journey with our 6-Week Foundation Program – the perfect way to establish (or reestablish) a consistent and effective health and fitness routine. Designed specifically for new members, this program focuses on building long-term, sustainable habits that go beyond just workouts.
Our mission is to help you create lasting habits by addressing not just fitness, but the full picture of your health. With personalised support, expert coaching, and a clear structure, you’ll feel stronger, more energised, and more in control of your wellbeing by the end of the 6 weeks.
ONE arena events
At One Arena, we’re more than a gym — we’re a fitness community rooted in connection and support.
From the exciting One Arena Games, where both clubs come together to compete, to team challenges like Hell & Back, our events are designed to inspire teamwork and push limits. We also host family & friends sessions, community BBQs, and local social events to keep members engaged both inside and outside the gym.
Community is at the core of everything we do, and our events reflect that every step of the way.


One arena run club
We host two weekly Run Clubs designed to get people moving, connecting, and enjoying the benefits of running in a fun, supportive group setting.
We meet every Tuesday at 7pm in Passage West and Sunday at 10am in Tramore Valley Park.
These sessions are completely free and open to everyone — not just One Arena members. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced runner, our Run Clubs offer a great way to boost fitness, build community, and start your week strong. Just show up and run with us!

Ber O brien13 March 2024Having never stepped foot inside a gym I joined One Arena (passage west) in September 23 and walked in their doors full of self doubt, that was changed in my assessment with Gemma who encouraged me to sign up to a six week program and take it from there, today I find myself stronger, fitter and very capable. If you are looking for a gym that is committed to your success (one arena’s line) give them a call as age and capability are not a barrier here, I cannot speak highly enough of all the trainers I have met and looking forward to seeing what else they can drive me to achieving in the future.

All the staff members here have been beyond unbelievable. I was able to have private conversations discussing where I was at with my progress, in terms of diet and exercise. Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly making the classes a really enjoyable experience. There is a great variety in classes and they also get changed up every month. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to start up!
