I am a Musculoskeletal and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist helping people with a range of different conditions or concerns to move comfortably and confidently and lead a fulfilled and healthy lifestyle. I graduated from The University of Limerick in 2016 with an Honors Degree in Physiotherapy, after which I travelled to Singapore to complete my Hospital Rotations. I gained experience in both in- and out-patient settings but was mostly taken to the musculoskeletal disorders such as sports injuries and persistent pain.
On return to Cork from Singapore, I took up a position in a Private Practice where I began to delve into the world of pelvic health. It was during this time that I qualified as a Yoga Instructor. In 2021, I pursued my dream of opening my own practice, where I see a range of people with both musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions. Since 2021, I have also been working part time as a Senior Physiotherapist in the Mercy University Hospital in the areas of Pelvic Health and Acute Minor Injuries.
It is my mission to empower people no matter their condition or concern to move freely and confidently. I aim to treat individuals, not pathologies and work alongside these individuals to empower them to achieve their goals, whatever they may be.
